Product information

Product images and specifications are indicative. Manufacturers may revise models, finishes and technical details without notice. The specification confirmed in our written quotation is the one that applies to your order.

Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document, usually 15 days.
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed once we receive your written purchase order or advance.
• Delivery timelines start from design approval and site readiness.

Site work and customer responsibilities

The customer provides safe site access, working power supply, network connectivity where required and any statutory permissions for external signage or displays. Delays caused by site conditions may affect the agreed schedule.

Warranty and support

Products carry the warranty offered by the respective manufacturer, as stated in the quotation. Warranty does not cover physical damage, unauthorised repairs, power surges or misuse. Annual maintenance contracts are available separately.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each quotation. Custom fabricated items normally require an advance. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. For any question, write to pareshjagtap@wonderglo.com.
